In all cases, Bikeflip provides a prepaid shipping label to make the process simple and convenient. The shipment is fully insured, giving both seller and buyer peace of mind. Once the item is delivered, the buyer has 48 hours to check that everything is as expected. After this review period, the payment is released to the seller. You receive the full sale amount minus a small commission.

If an item is vastly different from the description and the information provided in the Bikeflip chat, buyers can request a return. This includes significant discrepancies in key aspects such as model, size, condition, or the presence of a clear defect that compromises the expected use, safety, or functionality of the item.
